    Pilates classes and private tuition for all ages and fitness levels. We all spend too much time putting stresses and strains on our bodies, sitting for long periods hunched over a desk or behind a wheel. Habitual poor movement patterns mean that weak muscles tend to get weaker and strong muscles stronger resulting in muscular imbalance - a primary cause of injury and chronic back pain. Practising Pilates regularly teaches body awareness, good posture and ease of movement. It conditions the whole body, lengthening, strengthening and rebalancing, helping you enjoy daily activities and sports with greater ease and less chance of injury.
