Evegate Business Park is unique for its pretty rural setting and attractive selection of buildings, home to office, retail and service units. Set around charming courtyards and amongst Kent’s beautiful countryside, Evegate’s varied and tasteful buildings are what characterise this popular business park for tenants and guests alike.

The Courtyard
The Courtyard is at the centre of Evegate Business Park’s rustic setting. Encompassing a converted farm building including a converted cart shed and Oast Houses, The Courtyard was at the forefront of Evegate’s diversification when it opened in 1987. Oast House
Kent is famed for its picturesque Oast Houses, formerly used to dry hops, and Evegate has its own original Oast Houses which form part of The Courtyard. Formerly the family run farm shop and coffee shop, which opened in 1979, today the Oast House consists of one office unit and three retail units. The Oast House has the benefit of having a private entrance and meeting room.
