Park Grange is a tastefully designed stone and timber building opened in 1998 featuring its own original feature red telephone box which is used as community micro library. It is home to The Dog House, Evegate’s own micro pub, and a mix of office, service and retail units such as: Clough Harris, Anemone Blue Florist, DS 121 Fitness and Hinges and Brackets Ironmongery. The Gatehouse is a fine example of Evegate’s adaptability and willingness to cater for tenant demand.
